"I love to paint, and to express emotions and feelings while I create pictures. I discovered this love when I was a very young child and visitors to our home always took an interest in my latest masterpiece. Even then, they often bought the more popular pieces.

With pastels I can achieve a nice blending of colors. Painting with acrylics was something I started when I moved to Sydney five years ago. My favorite tool is a house painting brush from the hardware - the bristles are firm and the ends are soft. It's the right size to spread paint quickly across canvas achieving loose, large strokes.

It is at wonderful release from life's challenges to put on some music and lose myself in a world of painting. Hours later I come back to earth and I can think clearly about my life decisions.
